2023 National Meeting

2023 National Meeting & Delegates Gathering in Austin, Texas, March 30th and 31st

Our Annual Meeting and Delegates Gathering is always a great opportunity for our members across the country to come together in celebration! Hosted this year by the Austin Chapter, you are invited to join us on March 30th and 31st and then encouraged to explore the Texas Hill Country with approximately 100 wineries, breweries, distilleries and other fun and historic sites.

Our Austin hosts have planned 2 events. The first is a buffet dinner with fabulous views from the 55th floor of The Austonian in combination with the Austin Chapter’s Spring Party on Thursday, March 30th at 7 p.m. The second event is a Riverboat Cruise on Lady Bird Lake on Friday, March 31st.  We will board the riverboat at 6:15 p.m. and begin our cruise at 6:30 p.m. sharp and enjoy a fajita dinner with all the fixings. Wine, of course, is included with both meals.

We would ask that you download, complete and return the REGISTRATION FORM from the link below to share important information with us. This is a pdf form that you can fill in (it calculates your total owed as well) and return to us via email or regular mail. You have the option to pay by check or you can pay by credit card online with a small convenience fee in our online store.

On Friday morning, March 31st, our Delegates will meet to conduct the business of our Order. All members are welcome, but only delegates may participate and vote.  If you would like to be present for the Delegates Meeting, here’s what you need to know.

Delegates will gather at 8:45 a.m. and the meeting will begin promptly at 9:00 a.m. at Fall Creek Vineyards Barrel Room in Driftwood. Those present for the Delegates Meeting are invited to gather for lunch after the meeting at Salt Lick BBQ located just across the street. This lunch is optional for Delegate Meeting attendees and space is limited. It will be served family style and reservations must be made in advance with payment.

Suggestions for ways to expand your visit in Texas have been sent out by email to all members who have an email address with our national office. From Austin, to Driftwood, to San Antonio, Fredericksburg, Gruene, New Braunfels and Luckenbach, we promise you will be warmly welcomed and enjoy your time in Texas. Y’all come!
