There is nothing quite like the camaraderie of the KOV family. This April, we’re heading to Reno for an annual gathering filled with laughter, legacy, and exceptional wine.
From an exclusive winery visit and elegant wine dinners to an historic "step back in time" in the legendary Old West town of Virginia City, this year’s itinerary is designed for connection. These rare opportunities allow our members from across the country to share stories and create new memories together.
While we celebrate, we also look to the future. Our delegates will meet to conduct official business, and as always, the meeting is open to all members in good standing.

Join us for a weekend of celebration and connection as the Lake Tahoe Region hosts our 2026 National Meeting and Gathering of Delegates in Reno, Nevada, from April 10–12. This annual event is a premier opportunity for KOV members from across the country to strengthen bonds of friendship while enjoying the unique charm of the "Biggest Little City in the World."
Our host hotel is the Silver Legacy Resort Casino, a Caesars Rewards property located in the heart of downtown Reno. The resort has extended a special rate for the nights of April 10–12, and members may choose to book additional nights independently to take advantage of lower weekday rates. Guests arriving at Reno-Tahoe International Airport can enjoy a complimentary shuttle service directly to the hotel, which serves as a perfect, walkable home base for the weekend's festivities. We have also built free time into the schedule so you can explore the vibrant downtown area at your own pace.
The weekend kicks off on Friday, April 10, with an exclusive experience at the Nevada Sunset Winery, featuring a wine flight and "noshing" alongside the owner and winemaker. We will conclude the evening with a traditional prime rib family-style dinner at the historic Louis’ Basque Corner. On Saturday, April 11, we transition to official business with the Delegates Meeting held at the Riverwalk Towers Conference Room, just a short eight-minute walk from the hotel. While only delegates are eligible to vote, the meeting is open to all KOV members in good standing and we welcome your attendance.
Following the meeting, the adventure continues as we trade city life for the Old West. We invite you to don your best western attire as we travel by comfortable coach to historic Virginia City for an afternoon of exploration, followed by a hearty dinner at the Sawdust Corner Steakhouse. To conclude our gathering on Sunday, April 12, the Lake Tahoe Chapter graciously invites you to a complimentary Farewell Brunch at the home of Peter and Stephanie Harris. We look forward to seeing you in Reno for an unforgettable weekend!
