Extension in Lisbon and Environs
From May 27 to June 2, 2023, nearly 250 participants from 10 nations around the world attended the 52nd FICB International Congress in Porto and the extension to the Lisbon area. Our members as well as family and friends traveling with us made up about 30% of the total attendance and were treated to a spectacular program, great wines and the opportunity to enjoy the company of friends of wine from Austria, Canada, France, Hungary, Japan, Portugal, Romania, Slovenia, and Switzerland. The Portuguese brotherhoods used their influence and personal connections to share the hospitality and the beauty of their country, and we are so very grateful.
